Liz Pham

Liz is a banking professional with 25+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, and operations, particularly in C&I and CRE lending. An early-stage, pre-charter team member of a regional start-up bank, she established core credit risk and underwriting processes and later enhanced the Bank’s ALLL methodology and owned the CECL framework, implementation, and ongoing calculations.

She also served as the CCO-delegated owner of quarterly Board reporting, briefing executive management and the Board on portfolio performance, asset quality, concentrations, and allowance. Liz is known for delivering practical, actionable insights and combines strategic perspective with disciplined execution, fostering high-performing teams that drive consistent, scalable results through the effective use of technology, and is actively exploring the evolving use of AI tools within credit processes, with a focus on practical application and implementation.
