Elizabeth Pham is a seasoned banking professional with nearly 25 years of experience in commercial banking for regional and community banks in Northern California.

Betsy was a key component of the Buccola & Associates firm for 23 years until that firm was acquired by CMS.

James is a banking professional with 20+ years in credit and risk management.

Kent has over 35 years of professional experience, including more than 11 years as a National Bank Examiner with the OCC and six years as a Senior Manager at a Big Four accounting and consulting firm.

Patrick has been in banking and lending for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in commercial lending and banking specializing in commercial real estate and development loans, commercial loans and SBA loans.

Candace has 19 years of experience in Banking and brings a solid background of credit administration and credit risk management.

After graduating from Chapman University with a degree in Economics and Business Administration, Doug started his 40+ year banking career with Bank of America.

Jerry has over 40+ years of Banking experience and has several years of experience as an executive consultant.

Kerry has been in Banking for 40+ years holding the title of Chief Credit Officer at Plumas Bank before retiring in 2019.

Tjalling’s 23-year banking career specialized in corporate lending for the representative office of an international bank as a Director of its Technology Group, and most recently was a middle market lender for a community bank.
