Mike Ambrose

Mike brings over 30 years of experience within the financial services industry. He began his career with Jackson State Bank in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he spent seven years performing a wide range of banking functions. Following his tenure there, he joined RSM McGladrey as a Financial Institution Consultant, specializing in risk management services with a focus on credit review for community banks.

Subsequently, Mike served as Director of Financial Institutions at Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP in Glendale, California, where he conducted internal and external credit reviews and ensured regulatory compliance. In 2011 and throughout 2012, he served as the Interim Chief Compliance Officer for a distressed bank in Central California. During this period, he played a key role in guiding the institution to successfully achieve release from a Consent Order and later from a Memorandum of Understanding.

Since 2009, Mike has been the Director of Field Operations at CMS, and as of December 2023, he has assumed the role of Managing Director.
